Trying to live more providently

Usually, when I can't get anymore shampoo to come out of the container, I toss it. Not this time. Yesterday, I cut the bottle in half and poured the remains into the new shampoo bottle. Jiminy cricket! I had no idea how much shampoo I had wasting all these years. I think there was over a cup of shampoo still left in the container. That is like going to the grocery store and making a habit of leaving at least one grocery bag there when you leave! Or like tossing the Tylenol when there are still a few pills left n the bottle. Ridiculous. Who does that? I certainly don't.
