I made these booties and cap in my child clothing class.. and I dominated. I finished two sets before most of the class finished one. My teacher was pretty impressed with me. What can I say, I got sewing skills.

I love the fabric you picked out. I could only find solid interlock knit fabric. I have pink interlock knit that I got to show you how to make a onsie. Since you will be learning you can have the fabric and use it for your class. You can stop by and get it or I can leave it at the info desk or we can plan a get together and I can get it to you. Oh and the pictures of Maddie look really great, the first one is especially wonderful.

Yes they are so pretty! I remember when Mom used to make us clothes sometimes. I liked being able to pick out patterns & materials and stuff. I am good at sewing, too, but I don't have the patience. Well, I just love that you post pix of Maddie & comments so often - keep it up. love you guys! -m
